Overview

This GDPR notice explains how STRKAN sro collects, processes and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not take the protection of personal data lightly. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter also referred to as the “GDPR”) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby submit the following statement.

The administrator is obliged to make every effort to ensure that personal data is handled in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

Personal data is obtained based on mutual communication, concluded contracts, or from completed forms and website navigation. Other personal data comes from publicly available sources (registers, records, etc.).

To improve our services, we use the ability to store cookies in your browser.

Purpose of processing personal data:

  • Fulfillment of obligations between the controller and the data subject

  • PR and Marketing purposes

Processing time:

Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary for the given purposes. However, for a period not exceeding 30 years. After this period, the personal data will be deleted.

Information, editing or deletion of personal data:

Under the statute of the regulation, you have the right to influence the way your personal data is handled. In particular, this concerns:

  • Right to information about the processing of your personal data

  • Right to rectification of personal data

  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
