Our design department deals with design designs, processing of CAD/CAM models including computational verification of designs and simulations , which enable detailed analysis of designed solutions and optimization of their subsequent production even before the actual implementation. We provide pre-production testing, mechanical tests and NDT inspections, which guarantee the quality and durability of manufactured parts.

We operate our own laboratory for measuring the hardness of metals . We have our own equipment (stationary Rockwell, Vicker, Brinell hardness testers). Measurements, we provide, for example, hardness tests. Measurements are carried out in accordance with the standards ČSN EN ISO 6508-1 for the Rockwell method, ČSN EN ISO 6507-1 for the Vickers method and ČSN EN ISO 6506-1 for the Brinell method. We also perform metallographic preparation of samples and photography of macrostructures . As part of destructive mechanical tests, we offer impact bending tests according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 148-1.

Thanks to modern equipment, we perform CNC machining of parts , including milling, turning and special operations on request . Our experience and precision in the field of production allow us to respond quickly to specific customer requirements and deliver quality solutions with a high degree of customization.
